Job Requirements
We are currently seeking a commission only sales representative to
coordinate, harvest and close deals that either come in from our website,
are called in or from our past customers. Most of the sales are in the Bay Area
and Northern California but many are from around the country. All vendors,
contacts and sales support is provided.
Commissions for creating the proposals, closing the deal and producing the
events is a very lucrative 10% of the Gross Sales. Most of our
deals, in order, range between 5 to 25K then 30 to 75K and from 80 to 150K. An additional 2.5% is available for any qualifying first time new account acquisitions. Lists are provided.
Minimum sales quotas of $12,000.00 in Gross Sales averaged weekly are realistic and expected. In addition there are on-site day-of-event Management Fees available.
Medical benefits, matched IRA contribution and a one week all expense paid
vacation is included with annual gross sales of at least 600K and at least one year of employment. Bonuses are available and negotiable with extraordinary service and longevity.
We will provide a state of the art professional work station and office
located in downtown San Jose, parking, operating expenses, administrative
support and training to all qualified candidates. Very little travel is
required although any travel expenses out of the Bay Area are provided.

Qualifications
Require two or more years corporate event management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
including ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment. Mac skills in FileMaker Pro, Excel, Word
and PowerPoint required.

Event Staff - Team Associates
Event Hours
Weekends, Some evenings, some weekday schedule required. 6 to 10 hours
Job Requirements
Support interaction with Event Manager, loading and unloading event vehicles, setting up and preparing event services to ensure successful event execution in a fast paced environment.
Individuals need to be courteous and professional, enjoy interacting with the event guests, fun loving, polite around children and have clean event attire (Event Staff shirts provided). Must have strong organizational skills, be a task oriented thinker and
be a team player. Some short distance travel required.
Qualifications
Training provided. Requires one to two years in hospitality, entertainment or special event experience. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally. Transportation is recommended. Meals included.
Payment
Starts at $10.00 per hour up to $25.00 by independent contract.
